Our suits are designed in CLO3D, an advanced digital modeling software made specifically for garment construction. Similar to solid-modeling softwares used in engineering, it lets us simulate exactly how different fabrics will drape, stretch, and move, thanks to an integrated gravity engine. It’s more than just cool tech: it allows us to create precisely fitted suits across a wide range of sizes, and even test how they move on a 3D child avatar before we cut a single piece of fabric.

And yes—this means we can accommodate custom measurements too. Got a beanpole kid with arms like spaghetti noodles and legs for days? We can tailor a suit just for them. The digital workflow lets us visualize and adjust suit design in real time, so we can quickly fine-tune the fit, proportions, and movement. It’s a blend of science and craftsmanship that makes our cave suits fit better and last longer - made for adventure from the start.
